Data deletion instructions
How to request review or deletion of data under SONNO’s control and the limits relating to external platforms.
To request review or deletion of information you sent to SONNO, contact the team on WhatsApp at +966533666891 with the heading “SONNO data deletion request.”
What to include
Include only what helps identify the data covered by your request:
- The account or contact number you used to communicate with SONNO.
- A short description of the data to delete, or the approximate enquiry date if helpful.
Share only what is necessary
Do not send a password, verification code or identity document. If additional information is needed to locate your request, we will request only what is necessary.
We will review data under SONNO’s control, delete data covered by the request and explain any information that must be retained and the reason, if applicable.
The website and SONNO Digital
The current website form does not store stay enquiries in its own database; it prepares a message that you choose to send through WhatsApp. SONNO Digital is being prepared, and its content and messaging integrations have not yet been activated.
If you connect an account to SONNO Digital in the future, you may also revoke the app’s permissions in the settings of the connected Meta account. Revoking access and requesting deletion of copies held by SONNO are separate actions.
Limits of the request
Deleting SONNO-held data does not delete your Meta account or automatically remove copies held by platforms or other parties. Those copies are managed through the relevant service’s tools and policies.
Turning optional measurement off
You can turn measurement off through “Privacy preferences” in the footer. We remove accessible SONNO measurement cookies in their configured scope and reload the page if necessary. This does not automatically erase data Google received before withdrawal. Contact the SONNO team with only the necessary information to request review or deletion of data relating to you.
